- “TURNING HOUSES INTO HOMES ONE FAMILY AT A TIME”
- When I became a Realtor in 1988 my objective was to become the kind of Realtor that I wanted when I was either buying or selling a home. I like attention to detail! Most importantly, I want the process to go smoothly and be enjoyable.
- I am a graduate of Louisiana State University with a major in Speech Education. The education was great, but the food was even better! With a major in education, I am a die-hard teacher! As your Realtor, I will instruct and guide throughout home financing, negotiation, insurance, inspections, and all other aspects of home purchasing and selling.
- With the Sellers permission, when I list a home I will participate in the home staging process including: painting, landscaping, and organizing. I beleive that excellent condition is an imperative in selling a home in today's market climate.
- As a Realtor, I am committed to the real estate industry. My participation at the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors shows my continued support for improvement in our profession. I obtained my Broker's license in 1995 and was the Principal Broker of Calvert and Associates. I value ethics and professionalism and work diligently to promote all aspects of professional integrity.
- The following is my resume for participation at the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors: Secretary/Treasurer elect for 2010-2011, Board of Directors 2008-2011,Task Force Committee 2008, Professional Standards Committee 1997-2008, Round Table/Coffee Hour 2004-2008, Ethics Instructor for Rookies 2005-2008, Professional Service Liaison 2006-2008, Chairperson of Professional Standards 2001, Education Committee 1998, Public Relations 1995-1997.
